How it works

Upload a CSV file where each row has the text or URL you want turned into a QR code (a column of website links, for example, or product IDs). Pick which column holds that content, choose colors and size, and click generate — every row becomes its own QR code, packaged together into one ZIP file to download.

Preparing your CSV

The first row should be column headers — this tool reads them to build the column dropdowns above. One column should hold what each QR code will encode (a URL, an ID, plain text). You can optionally pick a second column to name each output file; otherwise files are named by row number.

Frequently asked questions

Is my CSV uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is parsed and every QR code is generated entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to a server.

Is there a limit on how many rows I can process?
No hard limit is enforced. Since generation happens in your browser, the practical limit is your device's memory and patience — a few hundred rows works well; several thousand may take a noticeable amount of time and could slow down older devices.

What if two rows have the same file name?
If you pick a name column and two rows resolve to the same name, later files will overwrite earlier ones with the same name inside the ZIP. Pick a column with unique values, or use row numbers (the default) to guarantee unique file names.

Can I customize each QR code differently?
Not in a single batch — color, size, and style apply to the whole batch at once. For one-off QR codes with individual customization (like adding a logo), use QR Code Studio instead.
